B–Rate = Friday & Saturday March 23 - May 19, Sunday - Thursday May 20 - August 30, Friday & Saturday September 7 - November 3, November 21 - November 26 plus December 20 - December 31/2 night minimum stay
C–Rate = Sunday - Thursday March 25 - May 17 and September 3 - November 1
D–Rate = January 1 - March 22, November 4 - November 20 and November 27 - December 19
Multi-day Discount = All booking of 4 days or more will receive a 15% discount off posted day rate. |
The Cabins at Nantahala Policy Guide
Reservations
- Online reservations are confirmed via email within 24 hours of booking.
- 100% payment is required to confirm booking.
- All bookings are subject to a non-refundable $25 booking fee.
- Visa & Mastercard accepted.
- Rates do not include applicable taxes.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations
- $25 minimum service charge on all cancellations.
- 21 day advance notice of cancellation required for full refund (less $25 service fee).
- Cancellations made within 10-20 days of reservation receive a 50% refund.
- No refund for cancellations made within 9 days or less of reservation.
Occupancy
- Check-In time is 3 p.m. (guests may request an earlier check-in time).
- Check-Out time is 10 a.m. (guests may request a later check-out time).
- Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- No smoking inside any of the cabins. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabins.
- No pets of any kind are allowed in the cabins or on the property grounds.
