Reservations

• Online reservations are confirmed via phone call within 24 hours of booking.
• 50% deposit required to confirm booking. 100% of reservation fee is due within 21 days of reservation. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable $25 booking fee.
• Visa & Mastercard accepted.
• Rates do not include applicable taxes.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

• $25 minimum service charge on all cancellations.
• 21 day advance notice of cancellation required for full refund (less $25 service fee).
• Cancellations made within 10-20 days of reservation receive a 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations made within 9 days or less of reservation.

Occupancy

• Check-In time is 3 p.m. (guests may request an earlier check-in time).
• Check-Out time is 10 a.m. (guests may request a later check-out time).
• Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
• No smoking inside any of the cabins. Smoking is only allowed outside the cabins.
• No pets of any kind are allowed in the cabins or on the property grounds.
